Talk to us first
Where you feel able to, raising a concern directly with your psychologist is often the quickest way to resolve it. If you would rather not, you can contact our reception team instead.
How to make a complaint
Contact the practice
Phone reception on (08) 8326 4354 or ask to speak with the Principal Psychologist.
We acknowledge your complaint
We will confirm we have received it and explain what happens next.
We respond
We will look into what happened and come back to you with an outcome.
External options
You can also raise a concern with the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) in South Australia, or with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) where the concern relates to a practitioner’s registration.
Positive feedback
Feedback about what has worked well is just as useful. Please pass it on to your psychologist or to reception.
